Cooking Time: Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Because my brothers had been so in love with the Burger Steak of Jollibee, I did some research and came out with an experiment.

burger steak with mushroom gravy

Ingredients:
Burger Patty
Mushroom
Mushroom Gravy
Onions
Garlic
Butter
Olive Oil

How to Cook:

1. Pre-heat the pan with olive oil. When the oil is warm, place the patty. Fry the burger patty until its brown.
2. When the patties are done, set it aside.
3. With the same pan, place a small amount of olive oil and put 2 teaspoons of butter. Melt the butter.
4. Saute the onions until it is a little brownish. Place a teaspoon of garlic.
5. Place the mushrooms and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes. (depending on how many mushrooms you want)
6. Pour in the Mushroom Gravy mixed with water in the pan. Heat it up until the mixture is brown.
7. When the mixture is cooked, let it cool. Serve.

*You may place the cooked burger patties on the mixture or you may just place it over the cooked burger patties.
