My Shoe Story

I packed my things knowing all of it are ready. I had my checklist to keep track of everything. I bought a new pair of shoes just incase the shoe would never be fixed. Earlier that week before leaving, i had sent it to mr quickie for a pair and had it ready before the day. On the day of leaving, i had to choose between my old and new pair of shoes. I eventually chose to bring my old pair. It was all working good when at the day of the wedding before leaving  the house, my heel broke off. Friends helped me have a mighty bond for a quick fix. I did eventually managed to go through. At the wedding there were some little emergencies and had the other broke just before going for the processional. I had to walk slowly and my partner was so nice offering to help me just incase i would slip. Whew! I pulled it off and walk through as if nothing happened. Did some picture takings with my broken heels 🤣. After the wedding, picture takings again - i had to eventually walk barefoot just to get through. It was a humbling experience.

I have learned that through it, before going to weddings, always take 2 pairs of shoes. It was my favorite pair and I remember using it only once.

Just like any circumstance, learn to go through it and never give up. You got your friends to back you up incase you fall.

Thank u Bien, Lindy and Erwin for helping me through my mishaps during the day. Thank God i met new friends.
