"Sometimes, it takes an empty stomach to realize what food you wanted to eat."
On our way home, we passed by Daraga Market and smelled the yummy chicken barbecue (which my youngest brother kept on blabbering- Oooo Barbecue! Chicken Barbecue!) While on the highway, the children kept on talking about other things in the van that we forgot about the barbecue we smelled along the way. They were playing with the balloons, singing silly songs and other stuff.
Arriving in our house, we had a small snack called pinakro (which I don't usually eat). Later on, Jojo was thinking what would be our dinner. We couldn't cook because there was no LPG. So, our helper said we had coal. Jojo was suppose to fry the hotdogs, but I had a brilliant idea- why not hotdog barbecue? Well, Winna and I prepared the hotdogs, while my brother prepared the sauce (whom he just came across youtube). Some of which were toasted some were just right; but the important thing is - it's cooked.
Thank you God for leaving some hotdogs in the freezer and some coal that we were able to have hotdog barbecue for dinner.
